Delete your account

You can permanently delete your RaveKrew account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete in RaveKrew

1. Open RaveKrew and choose Menu.
2. Open Settings, then scroll to Privacy and account.
3. Type DELETE, choose Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion.

The app transfers any Krew you organize to another member when possible, then removes your account and personal data. The process cannot be undone.

Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address used for your RaveKrew account. Use the subject “Delete my RaveKrew account” so we can identify and verify your request.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, memberships, messages, active location and SOS data, notification tokens, uploaded files, and personal planning records are deleted. Your identity is removed from retained analytics. Shared Krew ownership transfers to another member so the remaining Krew is not erased. Legally required security or dispute records may be retained.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You may lose access to every Krew and trip connected to the account.
